Salary: £150 per day


 

Our client, a leading global brand, are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to provide top-level administrative support to two Directors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

 

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the overall organisation and efficiency of the Trade Sales and Marketing team, as well as the Strategy and Marketing Directors and their teams.

 

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage Directors’ diaries and handle correspondence to make the best use of their time.
  • Book travel and accommodation, handling any booking issues.
  • Organise logistics for internal and external meetings (venue, catering, transport, Zoom setup).
  • Arrange events, book rooms, catering, and ensure the Director is ready (presentations, docs, etc.).
  • Schedule team and 1:1 meeting’s for the UK and across the globe, taking notes when required.
  • Handle general admin tasks, including post, courier, and office supplies.
 

Requirements:
  • Experience as a PA or in a similar role.
  • Be a collaborative team member by supporting others and sharing insights.
  • Act with integrity, embrace change, and represent the company positively.
  • Build connections across the company to expand your knowledge and understanding.
