About the role.

PA to Director of Learning & Chief People Officer
4.5 days per week | Hybrid working
3 days office-based, 1.5 days remote
£35,000-£37,000 FTE
3 months - this could extend


We're partnering with a highly regarded organisation in the arts and performance sector to find a confident and experienced PA to support their Director of Learning.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for keeping the Director organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll need to be proactive, responsive and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing a busy and changing diary
  • Ensure the Director is well prepared for meetings and commitments
  • Coordinating travel, expenses and other practical arrangements
  • Preparing, collating and distributing meeting materials
  • Coordinating meetings and providing general administrative support
  • Helping to keep projects and priorities on track
  • Supporting the wider team
  • Acting as a reliable first point of contact

What we're looking for:
  • At least 2 years' PA experience
  • Experience or interest in the Arts
  • A proactive, organised and highly dependable approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm, level-headed and approachable manner
