We’re working with a leading global media & entertainment company, and we’re looking for a Consumer Products Communications Coordinator to join their EMEA team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a PR or comms candidate who loves storytelling, brands, influencers and events, and wants to work across iconic consumer products and franchises in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role

You’ll support the Consumer Products Comms team across EMEA, helping to plan and deliver impactful PR campaigns, influencer activations and events.

From press office activity and media outreach to internal communications and reporting, you’ll be hands-on across the full comms mix.

You’ll also help oversee and mentor two PR interns, contributing to a collaborative and creative team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support PR campaigns, product launches, events and influencer activations
  • Manage media and influencer lists, outreach and day-to-day press office activity
  • Draft PR copy including pitches, media alerts, invites and internal updates
  • Build relationships with journalists, influencers and internal stakeholders
  • Track coverage and support reporting and analysis
  • Assist with internal communications across EMEA markets
  • Support licensee and partner PR activity
  • Coordinate logistics with agencies, suppliers and vendors
 What We’re Looking For
  • PR / communications experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of media relations, influencer marketing and social media
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Creative, curious and plugged into the media landscape
  • Confident communicator with excellent written English
  • EMEA market awareness a plus
  • Other European languages beneficial

  • Flexibility with hours during key campaign moments
