Production Executive (Film & TV)
Location: Central London
Type: Permanent

We are partnering with an independent film/tv production company founded by a team of highly experienced UK based Chinese filmmakers with established careers across Film and TV. The company is in an exciting early stage of growth, building a slate of internationally focused feature films and television projects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Executive to join which is a hands-on role supporting a slate of feature film and television projects from development through to delivery.

Working closely with producers, production teams and industry partners, you'll help oversee productions, coordinate operations and support project delivery across multiple productions.

Key Responsibilities
Production
  • Support projects from development to delivery
  • Monitor schedules, budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate with producers and production teams
  • Identify and resolve production issues
Coordination
  • Manage contracts, paperwork and delivery materials
  • Maintain production systems and workflows
  • Liaise with crews, financiers and key partners
  • Support scheduling and production logistics
Finance & Compliance
  • Assist with budget tracking and reporting
  • Support funding and tax credit processes
  • Ensure compliance with legal and delivery requirements
  • Prepare materials for stakeholders and funding bodies

About You
Essential
  • 3–5 years' experience in the UK film and TV industry
  • Experience producing or production managing feature films
  • Strong understanding of production workflows
  • Experience with budgets, schedules and delivery processes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
Desirable
  • Experience with international co-productions
  • Strong understanding of Chinese or Asian culture and Entertainment Industry
  • Mandarin advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of UK production finance and tax credits
  • Experience working across international markets
