We’re working with a global gaming content company who currently rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business and are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Project Coordinator to support this key transformation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to keep D365 projects running smoothly – from managing timelines and budgets to organising meetings and keeping documentation spot-on. Experience working with D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Project Ops) is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers with planning and running D365 projects
  • Keep timelines, budgets, and milestones on track
  • Be the go-to person for teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Set up meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions
  • Keep project docs tidy and up to date
  • Help coordinate people, tasks, and resources
  • Use D365 (Project Ops, Finance, etc.) to manage data and progress

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years in a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (must-have)
  • Comfortable with tools like Azure DevOps or MS Project
  • Organised, detail-focused, and a clear communicator
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Bonus points for any D365 or project management certifications
