A well-established and fast-growing creative wellness studio is looking for an experienced and confident Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. You'll be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm, welcoming experience while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Greet all members and visitors with a professional, friendly attitude
Manage class bookings, check-ins, and cancellations efficiently
Respond to member inquiries via email, in person, and social media
Process payments and manage billing queries
Troubleshoot account issues or escalate where needed
Coordinate with external services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
Monitor and replenish essential stock and merchandise
Help maintain a safe and organised studio environment
✅ Ideal Candidate
Experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or hospitality role
A confident communicator with a calm, friendly presence
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask
Able to work afternoon to evening shifts (1:30 pm–9:30 pm)
Flexible and willing to support occasional weekend events
Passion for wellness, fitness, or creative industries is a bonus
early start or late finish for events or studio needs
