Join a Leading Creative Agency as a Receptionist & Junior PA: Be the Heart of Creativity in Soho!

Vibrant Advertising agency in the heart of central London is looking for a top-class Receptionist and junior PA to join their busy team. Based in the heart of Soho in creative and buzzy offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter looking to get into the advertising world!

As Receptionist and junior PA, you will act as the friendly face of the business, managing a busy FOH area while also providing valuable admin support to the wider team. If you’re someone who thrives on being the first point of contact, loves making people feel at home, and has a keen interest in the world of creativity and advertising, this role might just be the perfect fit for you.

As a Receptionist, you’ll:
  • Be the welcoming face of our agency, greeting clients, guests, and staff with warmth, enthusiasm, and a smile.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring the reception area is always immaculate and guests feel relaxed and well taken care of.
  • Handle day-to-day front-of-house operations, including answering calls, managing visitor lists, and supporting other departments to create a seamless environment.
  • Build relationships with clients, guests, and staff, remembering names, roles, and important details to make everyone feel valued.
  • Stay organised and proactive in managing visitor arrivals, ensuring WiFi access, and keeping everything running smoothly.
As a Junior PA, you’ll:
  • Support senior leadership by managing busy diaries, ensuring smooth scheduling, and providing thoughtful reminders and prep work for upcoming meetings.
  • Anticipate the needs of your team and handle administrative tasks like booking travel, managing expenses, and preparing documents—leaving your senior managers free to focus on the big picture.
  • Be a proactive problem-solver, always ready with solutions, not problems. You’ll help keep your team organised, calm, and prepared for the unexpected.
  • Work closely with a team of PAs, sharing knowledge, covering for each other, and ensuring the entire department runs like clockwork.
Requirements:
  • Experience on FOH, ideally with administration including diary management and travel booking
  • A warm, professional communicator with a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
  • Someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • A genuine interest in the creative industry who can quickly adapt and learn about our clients and projects.
  • A team player who is ready to collaborate, share, and pitch in when needed, always with a positive attitude.
  • A natural networker with a confident, positive approach
This is an amazing opportunity to join a creative team with amazing benefits, a competitive salary and an inclusive workplace culture where you can make an immediate impact! If this sounds like you, please apply today for an immediate interview!
