Impact is seeking Receptionists to assist creative teams in diverse fields such as marketing, film, design, and media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a warm, professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth logistics for meetings and events.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and maintaining office presentation.
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties, including event coordination and travel arrangements.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience, ideally within a creative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and visitors.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
- A keen interest in the creative industry and a flexible, proactive attitude.
