Are you a personable, organised, and professional individual with a passion for the creative industry?
Impact is seeking Receptionists to assist creative teams in diverse fields such as marketing, film, design, and media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth logistics for meetings and events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and maintaining office presentation.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc duties, including event coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience.

Experience & Skills:
  • Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience, ideally within a creative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and visitors.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • A keen interest in the creative industry and a flexible, proactive attitude.
