Senior Consumer Insights Researcher – Entertainment
12-month contract | London | Hybrid (3 days office)
Start date: July
Salary: £120K

Our client, a global entertainment company has an opportunity for a high performing Senior Consumer Insights Researcher to join its EMEA team on a 12-month contract.

This role will focus on understanding UK audiences and what drives engagement with film and TV. You’ll lead mixed-method research projects - from screenings and audience testing to strategic studies around growth, brand, and new member acquisition turning insights into clear recommendations for content, marketing, and strategy teams.

Successful candidates will have
  • Has 8–10+ years’ experience in consumer or audience research
  • Brings strong TV/film research experience (broadcasters, studios, streaming, or entertainment agencies ideal)
  • Is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Has a strong understanding of the UK media and entertainment landscape
  • Can translate insights into clear strategic recommendations

This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with regional and global teams.
