Senior HR Advisor – Media

We are partnering with an established media agency, to hire them a superstar Senior HR Advisor. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will partner with the buying and trading teams, across the agencies. As a Senior Advisor you will manage high volume ER cases, and you must be comfortable supporting strong personalities. ER can vary from PIPS, to disciplinaries and grievances.
You will be a point of contact for managers of varying capabilities and be able to offer sound counsel and advice. Gravitas is KEY and you will be able to hold your own and push back where necessary. As well as the BAU, you will be able to lead on engagement and wellbeing initiatives and implement training for managers to upskill and improve performance. As the team has grown exponentially, they need someone who can forge impactful relationships from day 1 and really make their mark.
You could be an Advisor looking for more responsibility or someone looking for a sideways move, with real ambition to move to progress into an HRBP within 12 months. Industry experience is ideal, although not essential. Strong stakeholder management and confidence is key!
