Interim Senior HR Business Partner - Creative
£65K - £70K
12 month FTC (October start)
Hybrid: 2-3 days on site

Our client has an opportunity for a French-speaking HR Business Partner to join their fast-paced, creative organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Reporting to the CPO, you’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and managers, while also leading on key people projects including developing L&D programmes and evolving sustainability and wellbeing initiatives, and shaping their approach to internships and early careers.

This role offers the chance to line-manage a small team, work closely with colleagues in London and Paris, and bring structure and clarity in an environment that thrives on creativity and collaboration.

With the gravitas to build strong stakeholder relationships; you’ll be confident navigating ambiguity, able to communicate effectively with diverse groups, and comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with strategic input.

We’re looking for a proactive HR partner who is bilingual in French and willing to travel monthly to their Paris office. Previous experience in a fast-moving, project-driven environment is key, along with the ability to influence, embed change, and support managers to build best practice.

If you’re an experienced HRBP with some European experience, ready to make an impact in a growing, international business, we’d love to hear from you.
