Senior People Business Partner – Creative Agency
£65K - £75K
8 month FTC – Start November
Hybrid : London – 3 Days On site

 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior HRBP to join a fast-paced, creative agency during a period of transformation. This standalone role will give you full ownership of people strategy and HR operations for a business unit of circa 70 employees, supported by a global network. You will partner closely with senior leaders and line managers to provide strategic counsel, coaching, and hands-on support across all areas of HR.


We are looking for someone with credibility and influence, ideally with experience in a creative or agency environment, who thrives in an agile setting and can operate with autonomy. You will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, talent attraction, learning and development, change management, and HR analytics, always bringing a people-first approach.


This role is perfect for a proactive, strategic thinker who is passionate about culture, inclusion, and developing people. You will play a pivotal role in shaping culture, embedding values, and enabling leaders and teams to perform at their best, all within a highly collaborative and creative environment.
