About the role.

Senior People Business Partner – North of England
Based Leeds or Manchester
Salary: £75K + bonus
Hybrid: 2 days/week in Leeds, monthly travel to Manchester and London.
 

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy, people-first Senior People Partner to support a cluster of growing agencies across Leeds, Manchester, and London. With significant growth planned in Leeds (headcount growing to 350), this is a chance to shape culture, lead on integration post-TUPE, and be a true strategic adviser to MD eager for strong partnership and challenge.
 

This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll work closely with a group wide People team, share direct line management of an Advisor and Assistant, and contribute to business-wide people strategies. You’ll need to be confident influencing senior stakeholders, data-driven, and passionate about delivering meaningful employee experiences.
