Social Media Strategist
London (hybrid) | Full-time, permanent | Salary: £45-48K

Impact are working with a well-established creative agency that partners with some of the biggest names in arts, culture, and lifestyle.
They’re looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist to join their London-based team.
If you’re confident developing social-first strategies, writing sharp copy, and staying ahead of digital trends — this could be a great fit.

The role involves:
  • Building and delivering social strategies and content calendars
  • Writing and editing copy across platforms
  • Turning longer-form content into engaging social assets
  • Briefing and managing creative production (video, carousels, stories)
  • Tracking performance and optimising content accordingly
  • Keeping on top of social trends and platform updates
  • Working closely with creatives, freelancers and clients

What they’re looking for:
  • 5+ years’ experience in social media or content strategy
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • A solid understanding of audiences, platforms and analytics
  • Highly organised with good project management skills
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Knowledge of arts, culture or luxury sectors is a bonus
  • Some basic design or video editing skills (Adobe / Premiere Pro) are a plus

The team is around 30 people, with offices in London and reps in USA.
It’s a collaborative environment with a focus on high-quality creative work.
