Strategic HR Business Partner – Media Agency

London | Hybrid – 4 days in office
circa £100k + bonus

 
Our client is a high-profile communications agency with an opportunity for a strategic HR Business Partner to support a key business unit of x 500 people within a larger UK group.

Partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will help shape talent strategy, organisational design and leadership capability, supporting the business through ongoing growth and transformation. A key focus will be navigating how AI and emerging technologies are influencing operating models, structures and ways of working.

Operating within a matrix environment, you’ll work collaboratively across the wider UK people practice, partnering with Centres of Excellence (L&D, Talent Acquisition, DE&I and HR Operations) and HR colleagues across agencies to deliver a joined-up approach.

You’ll lead a small HR team and play an important role in enabling commercial performance, capability building and future talent planning.

Successful candidates will bring strong commercial acumen and strategic HR partnering experience, ideally gained within a complex, matrix media, creative or client-led organisation.
