Studio & Project Coordinator – Creative Agency12 Month FTC | Hybrid | London | 35KWe're partnering with an exciting creative business in the search for a superstar Studio & Project Coordinator to cover a 12-14 month maternity cover. As part of a small team who deliver high-profile projects for globally recognised clients, you will act as the administrative and project lynchpin and will become the operational heartbeat of the business.
This is a brilliantly varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the founders, keeping projects moving, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, resources and deadlines
- Supporting clients and acting as a key point of contact throughout project delivery
- Working with freelancers to coordinate schedules and project activity
- Preparing quotes, invoices and expense administration
- Maintaining project documentation and improving internal processes
- Assisting with busy diaries and meeting schedules
- Assisting with UK and international travel booking
