Team AssistantLondon OfficeHybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)Start date: 13th April£200–£230 per dayTemp roleWe’re working with a global entertainment company to find a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support their Nonfiction Content team in London.
This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting a busy creative team. You’ll be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being the go-to person, and can keep things running smoothly while juggling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex and ever-changing calendars
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, including with creative talent and production partners
- Coordinating meeting logistics and technical set-ups
- Organising domestic and international travel
- Processing expenses and supporting general administration
- Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with assistants across international teams
- Supporting ad-hoc projects such as presentations, offsites, and team events
- Liaising with high-profile talent and coordinating partner gifting
About You
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within TV, media, or entertainment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
