We’re partnering with a highly regarded, international creative studio to find a top-tier Executive Assistant to support their Chief Creative Officer across the above dates.
This is a fast-paced, highly varied role at the centre of a dynamic creative environment — ideal for an experienced EA who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and ensuring senior leaders can operate at their best.
 
The Role

You’ll provide seamless, high-level support to a senior creative leader, managing a constantly evolving schedule and acting as a trusted right hand.
  • Approx. 80% business support / 20% personal support
  • Highly reactive environment — priorities can shift quickly
  • Requires strong judgement, flexibility, and the ability to stay one step ahead
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Complex, ever-changing diary management
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and schedules
  • Organising lunches, bookings, and day-to-day logistics
  • Managing personal appointments (including medical, family, and travel)
  • Supporting travel and holiday planning (via a dedicated agency)
  • Acting as a central point of organisation during a particularly busy period
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior level
  • Background within TV, film, or a creative studio environment
  • Exceptionally organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Naturally proactive and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Discreet and confident managing both business and personal support
