Everyone knows that waking up on the ‘right side of the bed’ can positively affect the productivity of your day. A good start will put a ‘spring in your step’ and prepare you to attack the day with full force; you have more energy and generally feel less stressed and more optimistic.
As such, it’s not hard to understand why employers want to employ positive people! A good positive mental attitude is infectious and creates a great working environment amongst co-workers. Positive people are generally more dynamic in their work load and strive to be the best they can possibly be – all with a smile on their faces!
So remember that when you are in an interview a positive mental attitude or #PMA is key! Be confident and desirable to employers with a ‘can-do’ response and positive outlook. A lot of employers recognise that skills can be taught but attitude is inherent, so the importance of getting this right is vital. Turn that frown upside down, pull your shoulders back and make that attitude a great one!
