How are you finding this lockdown?
Is it sad to say I’m used to it? I live with my boyfriend who has worked throughout the pandemic so I’ve spent my whole time sitting at home alone, but I have thought of ways to keep myself busy. I found that it’s essential for me to go outside for even just 30mins everyday, chatting to family and friends and even though it’s not the same as seeing them in person I’m grateful for facetime.
What’s one thing that you miss which was normal before COVID?
I miss our work Friday drinks, it was a great way to start the weekend.
What have you started doing this lockdown that you didn’t do before?
As I am sitting a lot more than I was before, I’m trying to stretch my body everyday, whether it’s yoga or just some basic stretches. I think it’s a good way to start or end the day.
What is the first thing you will do once life goes back to ‘normal’?
I want to say I’ll be on a flight somewhere warm but I’m too scared to book a flight in case it gets cancelled. I just want a normal day, to actually sit and eat somewhere and see family and friends as I miss socialising!
