I have just completed my two weeks Work Experience at Impact, and had such a good time. I was so lucky to work with people that I had so much in common with.
The office atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly, and this gave me the confidence to ask questions and get a better understanding of what Impact do.
I shadowed the Consultants and sat in on candidate interviews, telephone screened potential candidates, and undertook lots of client research. I feel that I have had a rounded, practical experience that has prepared me well for my future career in recruitment. Thank you to the Impact team for giving me this opportunity and being so helpful!
